There are more than 3,000 types of camellias which are available in white, pink, and red in varying hues.

Tulips are popular due to their unique shape and wide variety of colours and are native to Africa, Asia and Europe. Red tulips are great for weddings because they symbolize true love and yellow tulips symbolize cheerfulness. From bright reds and yellows to nearly black purples - there seems to be a tulip for every colour of the rainbow. They bloom from spring into early summer and are popular around Easter.

Real Difference between 'Pretty' & 'Beautiful'

Of course, there's a difference between pretty and beautiful.

When someone is pretty: the person has a good appearance, however, when someone is beautiful: the person shines on the inside and out.

The words 'beautiful', 'pretty' and 'handsome' - describe something that looks good. The word 'cute' denotes "attractive in a pretty or endearing way".

You might've wondered what you are - pretty, cute or beautiful? You get mixed reactions from people when you converse or meet them. You can be all of them, none of them or any of them. Does it matter to you what people say?

The word 'beautiful' focuses on the inside and outer appearance, 'gorgeous' focuses on the physical attributes only.

The difference between attractiveness and beauty somewhat has to do with more than looks. Obviously, in today's society there is a definite stereotype for good looks, but I am first going to point out that attractiveness and beauty is a matter of opinion. Prettiness is how you look, plain as day. Beauty is how you look combined with how you seem. People can be pretty without having a pleasant, enchanting aura that makes you stop and hold your breath. Think of the beautiful people you know. Are they beautiful in a way that makes you stop, stare, and drop your jaw based on their looks and their aura, or do they just make you think, "Oh, they are very pretty!"?

You are pretty because of your genes. That's something decided by nature much before you were born. Those hair, that sharp nose, perfect lips, those beautiful eyes, that great skin, your height, everything that makes you pretty, you didn't do anything to get it. It's not an achievement, it's a gift.

For being beautiful, on the other hand, you have to work hard every day. You have to be kind and generous. You have to be rational and objective. You need to empathise with people, and help those who can't help themselves. You need to be strong, and provide strength to people around you. You need to learn to love, selflessly and unconditionally. You need to learn to love yourself.
